Shipping & Return

We provide free standard shipping with tracking for all orders over $100 AUD within Australia. For orders under $100 AUD, a flat shipping fee of $10 AUD applies. All standard-sized orders are dispatched via Australia Post with tracking, and we can deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers.

We accept returns or exchanges for items that are sealed, unopened and unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. To be eligible, your request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that all final sale, clearance, and personalized products are not eligible for a return or exchange, unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. Can I pick up my order directly?

As a purely online retailer, we do not operate a physical storefront. All purchases are available exclusively for delivery.
