At this time, we are an online-only store.

Our products are safely stored in a secure and clean storage unit at Kennards Self Storage.

This allows us to offer a wider selection and competitive prices compared to a traditional retail store.

What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns for unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Full details are available in our return policy.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To cancel an order before it ships, please email us with your order number through our contact us. We'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia and do not offer international shipping.

How can I track my order?

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Your tracking link will be delivered directly to your inbox when your package leaves our facility.
