Do you have a physical store?

At this time, we are an online-only store.

Our products are safely stored in a secure and clean storage unit at Kennards Self Storage.

This allows us to offer a wider selection and competitive prices compared to a traditional retail store.

Can I pick up my order directly?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer pick-up options. Due to security protocols and insurance purposes, all orders must be shipped to your designated address.

When can I expect my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and Australia Post's standard delivery services. You can estimate delivery times using Australia Post's website.

Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), ZIP and PayPal.


Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

We can combine multiple orders placed before fulfillment to save you on shipping costs.

Let us know us via our contact page if you want to merge your orders and we will refund any duplicate shipping charges.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order before it ships, please email us with your order number through our contact us. We'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

Pay Later: You won’t be charged until your order is ready to ship.


Automatic Payment: Your payment method will be automatically charged when your order ships.


Easy Cancellations: You can cancel your pre-order at any time through your Purple Dot account. You’ll find the link to manage your order in your order confirmation email.

Will my pre-order ship on the release date?

While we strive to ship pre-orders on the release date, please be aware that there might be a delay of 1-3 weeks.

To ensure you receive your item on the release date, we recommend pre-ordering as early as possible.

How do I cancel my Pre-Order?

For Pre-Order, you can cancel your order anytime via Purple Dot Portal (Reference Number can be found in your order email)

I pre-order products with different shipping date. Can you ship them individually?

Unfortunately, we currently ship pre-orders as a single order once all items in the order are available. This helps us manage our shipping costs efficiently and prevents potential abuse of our free shipping offer.


To avoid waiting for the latest shipping date, we recommend placing separate orders for items with different release dates. You can always cancel an order if you change your mind.


We understand this might not be ideal, and we're always looking for ways to improve our service.

What happens if I place a pre-order close to the release date?

If you place a pre-order within a week of the release date, your order may be treated as a backorder and shipped 1-3 weeks after the release date. To guarantee availability, we recommend pre-ordering well in advance.

Can product release dates change?

Yes, product release dates are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you updated on any changes.
