Do you have a physical store?

At this time, we are an online-only store.

Our products are safely stored in a secure and clean storage unit at Kennards Self Storage.

This allows us to offer a wider selection and competitive prices compared to a traditional retail store.

Can I pick up my order directly?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer pick-up options. Due to security protocols and insurance purposes, all orders must be shipped to your designated address.

When can I expect my order?

We aim to process your order within 1-2 business days of receiving it. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and Australia Post's standard delivery services. You can estimate delivery times using Australia Post's website.

Please note that during peak periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), mobile wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay), ZIP and PayPal.


Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

We can combine multiple orders placed before fulfillment to save you on shipping costs.

Let us know us via our contact page if you want to merge your orders and we will refund any duplicate shipping charges.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order before it ships, please email us with your order number through our contact us. We'll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?

If you just placed the order and we haven't begun processing it yet, we may be able to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible through our contact page

Pre-Order and Backorder Questions

Will my pre-order ship on the release date?

The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is a reference only, as the actual delivery date depends on the manufacturer's production and release schedule. We will ship your pre-order within 1-2 business days after the item arrives at our warehouse and is in stock. While we strive to ship as close to the official release date as possible, we cannot guarantee your item will be dispatched on that exact day.

How do I cancel my Pre-Order?

You can cancel your pre-order at any time by sending an email with your order number to customerservice@ultraraepop.com.au

Please note that a 20% deposit is required for all pre-orders. This deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days after your checkout date.

I pre-order products with different shipping date in a single order. Can you ship them individually?

Yes, we can ship your pre-ordered items individually if you request it. However, please be aware that each shipment will have a separate postage fee.

For the easiest experience, we recommend placing separate orders if you'd like your items to be shipped as they become available. This will ensure you are charged for correct shipping at the time of each order.
