1. Shipping Methods and Timelines:

We offer shipping within Australia using Australia Post services. Our shipping options include:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4-11 business days.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-5 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances. We will provide you with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

2. Order Processing:

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and are subject to stock availability. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order, your chosen shipping method, and your delivery address. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you finalise your purchase.

4. Tracking Your Order:

Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your order's progress. You can track your order through the Australia Post website or their mobile app.

5. Address Accuracy:

It is crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to inaccurate information provided during checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your purchase.

 

6. Pre-order:

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in our inventory. At checkout, we will collect full payment or a partial deposit and securely store your payment information. We will charge the remaining balance and ship your order once the item is in stock. The estimated time of arrival (ETA) is a reference only, as the actual delivery date depends on the manufacturer's production and release schedule. We will ship your pre-order as soon as we receive the item.

For high-demand items with limited supply, orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. If we can't fulfil your order due to the item discontinuing, you will have the option of a full refund or being added to a waitlist.

You can cancel a pre-order as long as it has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. A 20% deposit is required for all pre-orders, and this deposit is refundable as store credit only after 30 days from the date of checkout.

7. Undeliverable Packages:

If Australia Post is unable to deliver your package due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or any other reason, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Shipping Delays:

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that unexpected delays can occur, including but not limited to weather conditions, postal strikes, or other unforeseen events. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations.

9. Shipping Restrictions:

We currently only offer shipping within Australia using Australia Post. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
