Refund policy
At Ultra Rare POP!, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return or exchange following the guidelines below:
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personalized product (unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part).
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at customerservice@ultrararepop.com.au within the eligible return period.
- Provide as much detail with photographic evidence and your order number.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds or Exchanges:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your return. If approved, you may choose either a refund or an exchange for an eligible product of the same value.
- Refunds: If you choose a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer's processing time.
- Exchanges: If you opt for an exchange, we will process and ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and approved. If replacement is unavailable, then we will refund instead
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at customerservice@ultrararepop.com.au. We will guide you through the return process and provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the standard return policy will apply.
