Pre-Order Policy

At Ultra Rare Pop, we want to make sure you never miss out on the latest limited-edition figures, trending manga volumes, or must-have anime Blu-rays. Our pre-order service allows you to secure exclusive products before their official release so you can build your collection with peace of mind.

By pre-ordering, you ensure that a unit is reserved specifically for you and will be shipped as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCT ETAs

We provide an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for every pre-order item on our website. You can find this date within the first line of the product description.

  • Estimates Only: Please note that ETAs are provided by manufacturers and distributors. Delays can occur due to production shifts, international shipping hurdles, or customs processing.
  • Updates: In the event of a significant delay (exceeding 2 months), we will update the product listing and endeavor to notify all affected customers via email.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER?

Items marked as "Pre-Order" will be dispatched as soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse.

For products with a strict retail release date set by the manufacturer, we are unable to ship or release items for pickup until that official date has arrived.

ORDERS CONTAINING PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be held and shipped together once the pre-order item is available.

  • Requesting a Split Shipment: If you would like to receive your items immediately, please email customerservice@ultrararepop.com.au. Please note that as this requires creating two separate shipments, an additional shipping charge will apply to the new order.

ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE PRE-ORDERS

If your order contains multiple pre-order items with different release dates, we will hold the entire shipment until the final item in your order arrives. If you prefer to receive items as they are released, we recommend placing separate orders for each pre-order item.

CANCELLING A PRE-ORDER

If you need to cancel a pre-order, please email us at customerservice@ultrararepop.com.au urgently with your order number. Cancellations are subject to the terms found in our Returns Policy.

SHORTAGES AND ALLOCATIONS

On rare occasions, manufacturers may experience production shortages or "short-ship" our expected allocation.

  • If we receive less stock than ordered, we fulfill pre-orders based on the date and time the order was placed (First-come, first-served).

  • If your order is affected by a shortage or a total cancellation by the manufacturer, you will be notified immediately and issued a full refund for the affected items.
