Pre-Order Fulfillment:

• We currently ship pre-orders and backorders together as a single order when all items are ready. This helps us manage shipping costs efficiently and prevents potential abuse of our free shipping offer. For example, if you order items with release dates in August and February, your entire order will ship in August.
• If you prefer separate shipments, we recommend placing individual orders for item within same month.

Delivery Estimates:

We ship pre-orders on the release date. To ensure you receive your item on the release date, we recommend pre-ordering as early as possible.

If you place a pre-order within a week of the release date, your order may be treated as a backorder and shipped 1-3 weeks after the release date. To guarantee availability, we recommend pre-ordering well in advance.

Cancellations:

Need to cancel your pre-order? Use Purple Dot Self Service Portal to track and cancel your order. Can be find in your Order Confirmation Email. Or contact us here and we will cancel for you.

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and are subject to stock availability.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping will not be covered.
• The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personalized product (unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part).
• Full refund of product cost and shipping cost if a product is damaged on arrival and evidence is provided.
