• We currently ship pre-orders and backorders together once all items are ready to avoid extra shipping costs and prevent shipping fee abuse.
• If you want items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.

Need to cancel your pre-order? Use Purple Dot Self Service Portal to track and cancel your order. Can be find in your Order Confirmation Email. Or contact us here and we will cancel for you.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Return shipping will not be covered.
• The return request is made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• The item is not a final sale, clearance, or personalized product (unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part).
• Full refund of product cost and shipping cost if a product is damaged on arrival and evidence is provided.
